The Vision Zero initiative aims to eradicate serious injury and death caused by traffic collisions. The 2018 Action Plan + Progress Report is a 68 page, comprehensive report detailing progress gained towards the initiative in 2017, and outlines plans of action for the coming year. This report includes demographic, traffic, and safety data from all city departments. This document is designed to reflect the diverse and progressive nature of the City of Los Angeles, while communicating the importance of the work that the division has, and sets out to accomplish through the City’s various departments.
